The chemical structure of this polymer is characterized by the us of a PVC with a copolymer BUTADIENE-ACRYLONITRILE (Nitrile Rubber), the prevalence of which determines the degree of elasticity of the polymer itself, having better elastomeric behaviour compared to traditional thermoplastics. By acting on the multiple physical combinations, a large family of types, suitable for various uses and working processes may be obtained.
Oceanvinn products are more gummy, elastic and economical. The higher viscosity of foam types compound's offer better cellular structure distribution. This increase in viscosity, however, is negative for moulding because it reduces the flow of material in the mould.  


 PROCESSING CONDITIONS

The exact temperature choice varies with the grade, types of machines, moulds and also with unit soles and Direct Injection Process (DIP) Soles, however, its difficult to make a specific statement in this regard.
The recommended melt temperature are somewhat lower, ranging from 150 to 170 Degree Celsius for soles and 170 to 190Degree Celsius for DIP soles moulding. This could be achieved by setting the temperature at about 20C lower than the melt temperature required in order to accommodate for the frictional heat generated in the barrel of the machine.
